Meet The Team

Ray Redekopp

President

Ray Redekopp is the President and CEO of several private companies. He has been in the hospitality business for over four decades. Ray’s business interest is primarily hospitality driven with a balanced portfolio of real estate.

Urban Enterprises Corp is the parent company for Real estate holdings. W2 Holdings Inc. is the primary holding company for the restaurant and hotel operations.

Ray’s business interest and partnerships includes Keg Steakhouse & Bar, Milestones, independent concepts, Bison Lodge, Boulder Mountain Resort and Hilton Garden Inn. The real estate holdings include retail and commercial. The business/real estate interest are in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario.

Ray’s interests include family time, skiing, snowmobiling, cycling, mountain biking, water sports golf, travel, fishing, scuba diving, racetrack time, cars and his dogs. He is married to Christine Redekopp, who is vice president of the Redekopp Group. Christine oversees HR, Admin/accounting and cash management. He has three children, Cassie, Drew and Kelsey. Cassie and Kelsey are involved in the family restaurant business and Drew works with CBRE on the investment team.

Christine has been in the hospitality business for over four decades. Christine oversees human resources, administration, accounting and cash management for the entire Redekopp Group.

Travis White

Operating Partner – The Keg Franchise

Operating Partner of the Red Deer Keg Steakhouse & Bar. Travis has been in the hospitality industry for 15 years. He helps with operations of the Devonshire, Riverside & Medicine Hat Keg locations. He is responsible for ensuring that the Keg’s brand standards are being upheld in our restaurant’s.

Brandon Barone

General Manager & Operating Partner – Milestones Grill & Bar

Brandon is the General Manager of Crossiron Mills Milestones, and one of the operating partners of Saskatoon Milestones. Brandon’s educational background is in Business Management where he found his interest for crunching numbers and managing people.

Moving towards the entrepreneurial path, Brandon decided to open up his own bar in Windsor, ON, where he found his passion for the hospitality industry. Relocating to Calgary, AB, he transitioned from the bar business into the restaurant industry where he found his niche. Brandon is a hardworking, enthusiastic leader who values dependability and open-mindedness
while at work and outside. When Brandon is not running one of the restaurants, he can be found on the golf course starting a 36-hole game, his love for golf has taught him to be patient, yet competitive, on and off the greens.

Cassie White

Operating Partner – The Keg Franchise

Operating Partner & General Manager of the Red Deer Keg Steakhouse & Bar. Cassie has a Business Degree, and grew up in the hospitality industry. Her role in Red Deer includes ensuring Keg brand standards in hospitality. She manages payroll for 3 of the Keg locations; Medicine Hat, Red Deer & Riverside Keg.

Kelsey Redekopp

Assistant General Manager/Operating Partner & Payroll Administrator

Kelsey is the AGM of Crossiron Mills Milestones, and one of the operating partners of Saskatoon Milestones. When Kelsey is not managing one of the restaurants she is also a controller for the Redekopp Group payroll services.

Creating a community based environment in the workplace, while being profitable was one of Kelsey’s interests and goals when she decided to transition into the hospitality industry. Productivity and making a difference in the workplace are important values that Kelsey demonstrates and strives for everyday.

Dorri Frederick

Franchise Bookkeeper

Since 1996 Dorri has been a franchise bookkeeper for the Keg Restaurants within the Redekopp Group.
Her home office is in Lethbridge, AB. The current franchises are Devonshire Keg & Riverside Keg in ON
and Red Deer Keg & Medicine Hat Keg in AB.

Jason 'JC' Carlin

General Manager & Operating Partner

J.C. Carlin was born and raised in Ontario, but has made his home in British Columbia for the past 15 years and has lived in Revelstoke for 10 of those 15 years. J.C. graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI with a B.A. in Public Relations and a B.A. in Journalism.

His professional background is based in the hospitality industry. After working in management at Panorama Mountain Resort and Big White Ski Resort in BC, J.C. was hired as the Director of Operations for The Sutton Place Hotel at Revelstoke Mountain Resort in Revelstoke, BC before joining the Redekopp Group in 2017. J.C. is an avid snowboarder and enjoys mountain biking in the summer months.
